Ron Holland, Owner of SWAT Fitness, and SWAT Adventure Boot Camps, is a Certified Master Trainer and Certified NESTA-Accredited Boot Camp Instructor. Ron started SWAT, a fitness and personal training company in 1993, after a successful career as a SWAT Commander and civilian Police Sergeant. His love of fitness, and his commitment to helping others lead healthy, happy lives, makes him a much sought-after speaker, trainer, and expert in the Tucson community. Ron has been recognized and acknowledged for his public service, willingness to contribute to charitable organizations, and his great knowledge of fitness, health, and nutrition. Jana Beutler-Holland, M.Ed., Co-Owner of SWAT Fitness and SWAT Adventure Boot Camps is a Personal Trainer, Lifestyle Coach, and NESTA Certified Boot Camp Instructor. Jana joined SWAT full time in 2000, after working in the fields of education and counseling. Jana uses her strength as a lifestyle and nutrition coach help her clients stay motivated to eat healthy and make long lasting lifestyle changes. She is a published expert author, and Owner of Life in Motion Coaching, a life and fitness coaching practice where she works with clients on lifestyle, wellness, and weight loss. She is the developer of SWAT FitKids, a lifestyle, fitness and nutrition program for kids ages 8 to 13 and is a National Board Certified Counselor and published author.

SWAT Personal Training in Tucson AZ has been known for over 12 years for innovative, dynamic outdoor fitness programs they called SWAT Boot Camp starting in the mid- 1990s.
SWAT Fitness was the first in Arizona and among the very first in the nation to offer Fitness Boot Camp, and has been a leader in the industry since. ABOUT YOUR S.W.A.T. BOOT CAMP INSTRUCTORS

Mike LaCoss, CPT, has been involved in health and fitness since he got his first weight set at the age of 12. He has competed in football, track and field, basketball, soccer, racquetball, baseball and swimming. Over the years Michael has trained for all of these sports and is able to pass on to his clients his own experiences on how to get a healthy and strong body. Michael received his BA in Health Sciences at the University of Arizona. Michael is able to share his passion and knowledge to help SWAT boot camp clients and SWAT personal training clients get in the best shape of their lives (if you can get an appointment....) He has advanced training in Kombat Kettlebells, is RKC Certified, and is also certified in Crossfit Training Methods. Mike is a valued resource for all who know him and work with him.
Robert, CPT, IKFF, CROSSFIT NUTRITION, USAW
Robert is Certified through NSCA as a CPT, and is a Top Graduate of the Apollo College Personal Training program. He has education and experience working with clients in areas of Kinesiology and Physiology, Anatomy, Nutrition, Fitness Assessments and Exercise Prescriptions. He is Certified by Crossfit in Nutrition, and is also an experienced and Certified Coach of the USA Weightlifting Association.
Robert is friendly and fun, and has the ability to put all clients at ease. He is also the father of 2 beautiful kids.
David is a Certified CrossFit Level 2 Instructor, and IKFF KettleBell Certified Teacher.
With a deep passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals, David has an enthusiastic way of helping individuals stay on track both inside and outside the gym.

SUPPORT STAFF
Dr. John Spencer Ellis has been involved with health and fitness since the age of 12 and has become one of the most diversely trained fitness professionals in the United States. He holds two bachelors degrees (business and health science), an MBA, and a doctorate in education.
He has more than fifteen certifications, which include being a certified massage therapist, plyometric instructor, self-defense instructor, fitness kick boxing instructor, water fitness instructor, exercise rehabilitation specialist, golf conditioning specialist, Pilates instructor, personal trainer, clinical hypnotherapist, master PACE circuit training instructor, and yoga instructor. John has a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon and finished 5th in the U.S. National Biathlon (run/bike) Championships. He has extensive training in mind-body fitness and alternative health. His fitness articles and interviews have been featured in over 30 publications, and he is a frequent consultant to the world's media on health, fitness and lifestyle topics.
Kelli Calabrese, MS, CSCS is the 2007 County Personal Trainer of the Year and 2004 Personal Trainer of the Year as voted by Personal Fitness Professional Magazine. Kelli is an international presenter, author, personal trainer, lifestyle coach, spokesperson, women’s fitness expert and 21 year wellness professional. Kelli is the Editor of Personal Fitness Professional and Wellness & Fitness Entrepreneur magazines. She is the Author of Feminine, Firm & Fit – Building A Lean Strong Body in 12 Weeks. She was the lead fitness expert for eDiets and eFitness from 2000 – 2003 and remains a guest columnist.
Kelli is the International Master Trainer for Adventure Boot Camp. Calabrese has been a spokesperson, consultant, advisor or expert for clients such as The American Council on Exercise, NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Training Association), the National Board of Fitness Examiners, Athletic Baby, The Aerobic & Fitness Association of America, National Board of Fitness Examiners, Smuckers, Kellogg, Glaxo Smith Klein, The Watermelon Council and Quaker Oats.
Kelli’s personal mission is to empower individuals with the tools to make health, fitness and wellness a permanent and enjoyable part of their lives. She does this through teaching and coaching both consumers and fitness professionals to be their personal best.
